Vijay and Sureka’s Wedding at On The Levee
This wedding has been one of my favorite weddings of the decade because of the story behind the photo. I’ve known Vijay for 18 YEARS!!! Yes, 18 YEARSSSSSS! It’s so crazy to type that lol. I bet Vijay when he was a junior at TAMS and I was his RA finishing up my photography degree at University of North Texas. He contacted me a few years ago to do his wedding, but then the pandemic happened. Then, we all had dinner and he gave me the wonderful honor of being his wedding photographer. We had a blast doing the engagement photos (another post here) and reconnected for the wedding photos over 2 days. Their Indian wedding consisted of the traditional and modern and it was my first Indian wedding to experience. The On The Levee wedding venue in Dallas served as the perfect spot for beautiful decor, lighting and enough room for everyone to eat and dance and celebrate.
Even though it was a hot Texas Summer day, Vijay and Sureka were all smiles and full of joy. The colors and sounds of the entire day were just so awesome to be a part of. I hope you enjoy the wedding photos!
